» BDM/Sales Manager (Ahmedabad)
Experience : 2 - 10 yrs
Main Area of responsibilities
  • Based at Ahmedabad - Head Office, candidate will have to cover entire Gujarat to generate branding and product positing of RezLive.com (online B2B Global Reservation system selling Hotels, Sightseeing & Transfers worldwide)
  • Accountable for retaining and developing our national accounts and identifying potential incremental business opportunities, the role includes the development of formal plans for continuous improvement and measurement in terms of travel management goals and objectives, customer service delivery and client relationship.
  • Create new business opportunities and affiliations
  • Support, and client training to existing clients
  • The candidate will be responsible for sales of Travel related services to Travel Agents
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys, analyse results and give feedback to client and customer service teams
  • Candidate has to recruit his team with HR and give training for team under him.
  • Prepare, compile and deliver response to re-tender requests from portfolio clients. Conduct research and presentations and involve other CWT departments to successfully retain client accounts
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Exposure to B2B trade
  • Candidate should have knowledge of local travel trade
  • Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels in these regions
  • Candidate worked in outbound travel agencies, IATA Certified and Guajarati speaking will given prefer

Experience : 1 - 5 yrs
Main Area of responsibilities
  • Handling queries for Travel agents and customers
  • Online reservation for Airlines, Hotels and Packages
  • B2B Operations the candidate will be responsible for liasoning with land operators for outbound tours, preparing costing, airline costing and maintain existing relationship with agents
  • Handling B2B Agents for international holiday packages, follow ups with customers and clients.
  • Taking inbound Calls related to Reservations, Ticketing and Routing
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent knowledge of geography / demography of the state and Countries
  • Excellent understanding of the channel sales business and its intricacies
  • Prefer with IATA course
  • Exposed in travel industry
» Sr. Online Product Head (Ahmedabad)
Experience : 4 - 10 yrs

  • To handle a team for online operation
  • To develop relationship with clients (Travel Agents)
  • Responsible for entire Online Operation on Rezlive for B2B
  • Designing itinerary, costing, booking hotels.
  • Handling B2B Agents for international holiday packages, follow ups with customers and clients.
Desired Profile
  • Excellent knowledge of geography / demography of the state and Countries

  • Should be exposed into travel industry for B2B
  • Good Communication Skill
» Operations & Support Executive
Experience : 0 - 4 Years
Job Profile
  • The candidate will be responsible for sales of Travel related services to Travel Agents.
  • Communicating with suppliers, service providers and central reservation (head office)
  • Making quotation, travel itineraries, package costing and booking them with service providers.
  • Following up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.
Desired Profile
  • Good command over English and Hindi languages (able to read, speak and write)
  • Client handling skills, itinerary making & costing, sale of packages.
  • Basic computer knowledge along with experience of using MS Office, Emails and Internet
  • Good communicating skills and able to write, work and communicate individually on emails
  • Good knowledge of destinations, agents & hotels in these regions.
  • Candidate worked in outbound travel agencies will given preference.
